We will set an appointment time that is convenient for you with the owner of the company, not a hired sales rep, that will be kept and on time.
Customer involvement is paramount. You will meet with the owner of the company to discuss your project. As much time you need for the initial appointment and any subsequent appointments will be dedicated to the details of your project. This will insure that the bid for your project is complete and accurate.
We believe in timely follow up
Your bid will be delivered to you with in a few days of discussing the final details of your project. We will follow up with you to make sure you received the bid and answer any questions you may have. We will continue to follow up with you through out your decision making process, at your pace.
We are a “custom” remodeler.
We design each project individually based on your wants, needs and budget. We do not use kits or prefabricated buildings.
