Here are the final pictures of a recently completed 3 season room in Varina.

Infrastructure for most porches utilize pressure treated framing.

Our maintenance free porches include either aluminum or vinyl clad post.

All of our porches are constructed to match the original design of the home.

These composite railing are a new product that have a price point of vinyl but the more desired look of wood.

This porch has sliding porch panels that add extended months in the spring and fall which allows more time for porch usage.

Here are some final photos of a new 16′ x 20 deck and switchback landing that we are building in Chesterfield Co.

The deck has Earthwood Evolutions Timbertech flooring installed with hidden fasteners, PVC accent boards and composite railings.

Framing for the deck will have 6 x 6 support post with vinyl sleeves, 2 x 10 band and beams and 2 x 8 floor joist.

Rail supports still utilize 4 x 4 pressure treated post and have a composite sleeve installed over them.

The rails have a square balusters and are available with 2 other picket styles.

Here is a start photo of a re roofing project that we are working on in the Midlothian area of Richmond.

The existing shingles that we are tearing off is a 25 years old 3 tab style.

Any rotted plywood will be removed and replaced.

New dimensional asphalt based shingles are being installed.

All of our roofing projects include ice and water shield at the overhangs to prevent ice damming, ridge vent, new pipe collars and select flashing’s.

Here is a few photos of our 2 story addition project in Goochland Va.

We have removed the downstairs wall and have framed a portion of the garages  interior space.

A 3 member LVL beam was installed in ceiling of new addition in order to hold up the existing 2nd floor

The interior space will be a play/media room and include a full bath as well as a mudroom area.

Here are some progress photos of a new 16′ x 20 deck and switchback landing that we are building in Chesterfield Co.

The deck will have Timbertech flooring installed with hidden fasteners, PVC accent boards and composite railings.

Framing for the deck will have 6 x 6 support post with vinyl sleeves, 2 x 10 band and beams and 2 x 8 floor joist.

Footings are 12 x 12 x 8 concrete and are spaced at 5′-7′ apart as to not encroach in basement windows.

Here are the final photos of a new shed project off of Otterdale Rd.

This shed is 10′ x 10′ and must match the original homes decor.

The slab for this project was existing and we drilled the slab for mounting the pressure treated floor plate.

Framing for this project is utilizing 2 x 4 framing lumber and continuous OSB sheathing on the entire building.

Rafters are 2 x 6′s spaced at 16″ on center and the ridge is a doubled 2 x 8.

A matching vinyl window was installed on the street side and a fiberglass french door with PVC brick mould and no rot jamb legs completed the widow and door package.

Wall and roof sheathing is 7/16″ OSB and is covered with a weatherproof vapor barrier.

Shingles are a dimensional design from Tamko roofing and include ridge vent.

The siding is a beaded vinyl siding from Revere Building products.

The cornice trim consists of a vinyl vented soffit and PVC aluminum trim.

Vinyl shutters and seamless aluminum gutters complete the exterior of this attractive shed.

Here are a few photos of completed new brick landings and steps installed.

The stairs are matching Triangle Portsmouth brick and will have a stamped concrete pads for the landings.

Railings for the landings and stairs will be black powder coated aluminum.

Shingles are installed and exterior vapor barrier is ready for vinyl siding

Here are a few photos of  the recently completed window, deck and insulated vinyl siding project.

We replaced the rear deck with a new pressure treated deck.

Installed Revere Blueprint new construction vinyl windows in the entire home.

We then removed all of the existing vinyl siding and aluminum trim so we could install new Alside Prodigy insulated vinyl siding in the color of Sage.

All of the existing aluminum and vinyl trim was removed and new vinyl soffit and PVC coated trim.
