Roof framing is a shed style roof with an accent gable over the landing at the top of the stairs. All cornice and beams will be wrapped with PVC coated aluminum. The shingles that were installed on this Chesterfield screen porch are Certainteed weather wood dimensional shingles. A water proofing membrane was installed on roof deck for prevention of ice migration in the winter.

Certainteed http://www.certainteed.com/products/roofing/residential/designer/308747  Landmark shingles have beautiful color-blended lines. The widest array of colors to suit any trim, stucco or siding color. Manufactured with self-sealing adhesive strips and a wide nailing zone, larger than competitors for ease of installation so your roofing job is complete in no time.

Hanover  porch project

Here we removed the existing decking and railings to build this virtually maintenance free 3 Season Porch with retractable EZE-Breeze panels. The panels in this porch open vertically and can be opened from the top or bottom allowing for flexibility to obtain any level of ventilation desired. With this porch system you can bring the outdoors in and keep the pollen out. This porch has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, gfci outlets, and matching beaded vinyl siding, PVC accent trim, vinyl lattice and 25 year 3 tab asphalt roof shingles match those on the existing home. Contact us to get your free consultation and NO pressure estimate.

Screen-EZE tracking system was used on this and virtually all of our porches due to less maintenance than other vinyl screening products. Various screen fabrics can be used with this product. All of the accent trim boards, drink railings and lattice are PVC. Next to the vinyl door we installed a pet door. The porch has dimensional shingles with an accent eyebrow roof. The beaded vinyl siding is a product of KP building products. Please contact us for a free estimate on your next project.
