Game Room Above Garage

Watch a start to finish time lapse of our 2nd story addition game room in Chesterfield Va.

37 x 27 (3 Bay) Detached Garage

This newly built garage was included in the Virginia State Home and Garden Tour as the house that it belongs to was featured on the tour of historical houses. This carriage style garage was stick built on site to match the existing historical home. It utilizes the most innovative products currently available.

The front wall was specially engineered to minimize wall space and maximize door space. The carriage style garage doors boast true iron hardware, both the siding and cornice trim is cement based Hardi Plank and the roof is synthetic slate PVC shingles that have the look and wear of authentic slate shingles without the weight and cracking of real slate.

Two Story Addition

Testimonial from Home Owner Michelle T. Glen Allen VA

RBM Remodeling is an excellent contractor to hire for any home project. I have had the pleasure to work with them twice on two separate projects within the past 3 years. First, they expanded my deck and turned it into a wonderful screened porch. Second, they added a two-story addition that included a first floor master bedroom with a separate staircase leading into a second floor bonus room. This project also included the creation of a new hallway from our existing hallway to the new bonus room, expansion of our laundry room, new second floor ½ bathroom, resizing a bedroom and creating a walk-in closet. The addition turned out exactly as I pictured it and have been very pleased with the final product.

Roger, the owner of the company, communicated with us throughout the entire project. He manages everything from start to finish. The craftsmanship and professionalism of his workers is outstanding. They understand and know their customers are important and do their work with honesty, integrity and a smile. They care about the quality of their work and the customer's expectations of satisfaction. RBM Remodeling also located an existing problem and informed us of the situation. They recommended a company to fix it and with our approval scheduled the appointment.

RBM Remodeling was willing to have their foreman available to meet the company at the appointment time, so we did not need to take a day off from work, and allow the company access to our house to correct the problem. It was like a friend helping another friend out of a bad situation. I appreciated that it was brought to our attention, the time that went into fixing it and that his worker did not ignore the problem as he completed his assigned duties.

I would not hesitate to do business with Roger again. He went above and beyond when he noticed a need to send a cleaning crew over to tidy things up after the job was completed, which was extremely helpful in getting our house back in order after a project like this. He never asked for a final payment until he had meet with us to review the finished project and all concerns had been addressed and fixed. You get what you pay for. Finally, a contractor that understands to stay in business you must complete a project that satisfies your customer. Thanks for everything, Roger!! Looking forward to working with you again on the next project I come up with. Michelle T. Glen Allen VA

Garage and Carport

Here we utilized a monolithic foundation. We used a storage truss roof, dimensional shingles to match existing home, Dutch lap vinyl siding to match the existing home, tilt in vinyl windows with aluminum trim and a 12' insulated garage door.

9 Foot French Door Install

Here our owner, Roger McClure, is assisting with setting this 9” Therma Tru Smooth Star Fiberglass entry door. The original doors were being replaced to correct a common set of problems, rotting brick-mold and jambs with rusting door slabs.

The Smooth Star door comes with composite no rot jamb legs and brick-mold. Now the paint applied to the doors will be to give a fresh look, not something necessary to seal out the weather.

Richmond Sliding Porch Panels by RBM Remodeling Solutions

The existing screening on this porch was removed. Then the support posts were wrapped with aluminum trim to create a maintenance free product that will never need to be painted again. The white Eze-Breeze panels were custom manufactured for each opening so no redesigning of the porches frame work needed to be done. The savings that the customer realized from this was used to furnish the newly claimed seasonal living space.
