After a miserable experience working with a contractor this past summer we were extremely hesitant to take on another project. We ended up interviewing 8 different contractors to find the right fit for someone to put a new screened porch on our home. We immediately liked Roger and what he proposed so we took a chance. Roger gave us an estimate of 3-4 weeks to complete our project. Both my husband and I laughed and raised our eyebrows - no way - we had worked with contractors before and knew we would be lucky to have the project finished in months. From there, Scott took over and I can't speak more highly of Scott and his crew. Scott was in constant contact with us letting us know what to expect and when. He asked questions, he made recommendations and through every step of the project he ensured we were happy. His crew was polite, hard working and kept a clean work-site and, within three weeks we did our final inspection of our new screened porch. Our entire perception of contractors has changed - there are some great ones out there and one of the best is RBM. Roger said we would feel like family when they were done and sure enough we do. We are very appreciative of the work that RBM did for us - especially when we are sitting on our beautiful screened-in porch enjoying a cold one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - highly recommend RBM. They will definitely be our "go to" for upcoming home improvement projects!
